An Introduction to Life Groups at Coosada Baptist Church
Thanks for visiting our website and for your interest in Life Groups. Life Groups are communities of people brought together who are at the same stage of life and share similar joys, needs, and backgrounds.
Through Life Groups We:
- Encourage Meaningful Relationships Through Fellowship
Meaningful relationships are vital to a growing faith. Life Groups provide an environment in which these relationships can form, grow, and flourish.
- Equip Believers to Grow Through Discipleship
Life Groups provide a forum for studying, discussing, and applying the truths and principles of God’s Word. The Bible is the foundation and substance of topics that are focused on changing our lives to reflect the character of Christ.
- Empower Believers to Serve in Ministry
As Christians, it is our responsibility and privilege to care for each other. Life Groups provide the organization that helps us communicate needs, care for our friends, and develop an awareness of the ways we can support each other on a continuing basis.
- Engage Our Community and World Through Evangelism and Missions
Through Life Groups, people are able to take advantage of opportunities to be involved in local, national, and international ministry.

Nursery Care - ages 3 and under
Paid professional staff keeps our little ones on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Volunteers serve on Sunday mornings. All nursery workers are screened, then supervised by our children's minister.
Nursery care is available for those age three and under.
A pager system is in place to alert parents of any needs their children may have during our worship and Bible study groups.
Preschool - Ages 4 and 5
Classes are available for each age group at 9:15 and at 10:45.
Our 4 and 5 year-olds come to "BIG church" for worship and then head out to KIDS OWN WORSHIP during the preaching portion of our worship service. Kids Own Worship is designed especially for this age group. We give them an opportunity to experience worship on their level.
Childrens Sunday School
We have age-level small groups for every grade.
Classes are available at 9:15 and at 10:45 am every Sunday morning.
Youth Life Groups
Most of our youth life groups meet during the 10:45 hour. Join us in the Harbor right after contemporary worship!
Senior Adult Life Groups
Join us every Sunday for our small groups ---- where connections truly happen.
