Register to participate in the parent child dedication May 7th, 2023 in all three services.
 
 There is a mandatory parent orientation meeting on Wednesday, May 3rd from 6:30-7:30 during regular Wednesday night services.  Please meet Ellen in the Preschool Pond lobby. 
 
 Please email a family photo that includes the baby in it and your family bible verse to debbie@coosadabaptist.org.  

In order to be a part of the slide show, we MUST have your photo and information no later than April 26th.

(Birth through 3-year-olds)

Nursery is available during all services for birth through 3-year-olds.

We do ask that parents volunteer to serve in the nursery once a month! We are dependent on parent volunteers to maintain a safe environment for the children.

A KidCheck badge is required for all children in the Nursery and Preschool areas. Parents must have a corresponding guardian receipt when they pick up their children.

Here at Coosada we always want to ensure that we are doing all we can to keep our preschoolers in the Pond as safe as possible.  KidCheck is a great tool to help us in that process. All parents, grandparents, guardians or volunteers who drop off or pick up preschool children must have a KidCheck account to access the preschool area. Click on the "Sign Up" button below to set-up a free KidCheck account. One parent may list the child(ren) and anyone allowed to drop off or pick up their child. The other parent only needs an account that enables them to be able to check the child(ren) in and out. All children in the preschool area must be signed in before they can be left in the nursery/preschool area. Watch the videos linked above to get more information about KidCheck and how it works.

Why serve in the Preschool Ministry?

1. God commands us to teach and pass His word on to the next generation. Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Psalm 78:4

2. Preschoolers are not able to teach themselves about God's love or to read His Word yet. They must be taught by adults!

Coosada Baptist Church requires a background check on everyone that cares for our little ones. When you sign up to volunteer in this ministry you will recieve a confirmation email that has a link to complete a background check. Please do this as soon as possible in order to start serving in the area that God has called you.

 (4-year-olds through Kindergarten)

Sunday School is available to 4-year-olds through Kindergarten in The Pond during the parents' Sunday School hour. We encourage "Big Church" with families starting at 4 years old. We understand that you might be uncomfortable with the "kid noises" but we love it! We are delighted to see (and hear) chidren learning to worship with their parents, grandparents, and church family. Please feel free to use our "Big Church" bags during the sermon to help transition little ones from the Nursery to Big Church.
